She quieted up and stared in wonder.

She opened her eyes wide.

“Just how well I do it. I’ll make it hurt. And I’ll leave you begging me for more. Or…you can never speak of it again. And do your fucking job. Now that we understand each other…shall we get back to work, Miss Stone?”

Once again she was rendered speechless.

As he smiled that disturbing little fake smile loaded with meaning, with danger, with mystery, and with a promise; she shuddered as small voice in the back of her head asked “will he hurt me… please?”
