Drake and Azure
got into the palace when she felt that Drake had noticed the creature following them. He stopped and the gates to the palace flew shut sealing them and it inside the sisters jumped off there mounts and ran at the creature.

“Wait
Drake please stop them I want to see this thing.” She raised her hand and the shadow wolf came out of the shadows after Azure. Azure went closer to it on her horse. Could it be that it had marked her? I was afraid it was hunting her now I would not need to kill it the sisters would have fought good but gotten injured badly. I got off of my mount and walked ahead of Azure.

“
Show your true form now beast or have you no respect for your lord.” It stopped and morphed into its true form a small humanoid child it was not fully grown yet then. It was covered in black hair and dark armor clothing that grew as she did she was far more fierce in her humanoid form. “So who might you be little girl?”

“I am
Shefu of the Shadow Clan we have lived on this planet long before you arrived Demon Lord. We wish to serve the lady of your house and pledge an oath of allegiance to her.”

I was taken back
. “You wish to serve me Shefu? I understand why but are you sure you wish this upon yourselves?”

“
You know our reasons lady Azure please accept our oath. I have come to represent my people in this I am the daughter of the clan chief and it is his will we serve you now.”

“
Very well then Shefu I understand the bond we have then I accept your pledge but tell me how old are you?”

“
I am ten of your earth years old. I am young but I fight well my lady is there someone you wished killed?”

“
No, not at this time Shefu. Can you come with me? Will your father let you?”

“
I go where you go my lady you are the will of my people as you already understand.”

“
Yes I am aware of that.”

“C
ome then walk with me.”

“
What is going on Azure why is she to serve you?”

“
I am sorry Drake but I simply just cannot tell you that. I must keep things to myself just like you must Drake. You need to lead and this is all part of the process. I have followers just as you do Drake and you lead us all.”

“
Ok honey I understand it is fine then I do have things I can’t tell you but one day I will and I promise.”

“
I will make that same oath Drake I love you too much to keep you in the dark forever. Now come on Shefu lets go back to Earth. When you follow me there you will need to stay in your animal form when outside the property.  Now that we have another party member this will be more fun so let us get back I have more work to do on Earth.”

We went to the palace and I walked to the portal square and when I
arrived an attendant told me my thing that I had requested had been sent to my home on Earth. I opened the portal to Earth as Samual and Fara arrived to join us on the way back.

“
It is nice to see you to again, what have you been up to Samual?”

“
Well Drake it is nice of you to ask we have been hammering out the details of the trade treaty you made as well as the joint military proposal you sent bearing both of your highnesses signatures. I believe that we are all in agreement that your argument for the need is sound it will strengthen both of our empires. We are teaching the military of the Star Empire how to make portals with those portal stones you made for mortals who do not share demon blood like you and I do.”

“
I will send you more soon and that reminds me, here you are Azure this is for you it will help you get to where you need to go and this one can open a portal to where ever I am.”

I gave it to her it was a simple crystal what I did not tell her was that I could track her with it as well.
“Thank you I will wear it as a necklace Drake.” I held her hand which no longer seemed to bother either Fara or Samual.

“
So now that all of that crap is dealt with we should really be getting back to school I have quite a bit of homework to make up, but that has never bothered me.”

W
e went through the portal back to my home. Over the next few days I worked on Azures ship that doubled as a car. I made myself one as well, it was a combination of technology as well as some of my power. I knew I could do it all with tech but it would take a bit more time than I thought so I sent the specks to Samual to begin construction of the new fleet as well as the base ship. Now I have school in an hour so I jumped into the shower and then brushed my teeth, using some mint mouthwash. Then I looked at myself in the mirror and a nice red black striped t shirt appeared on me with some nice white jeans I took a look at myself and spiked my short hair up all leading to one point at the tip. I continued out of my rooms and went to the front door of the house and my black town car was in front. It was that same girl driving Dariea must have sent her as part of the security team that I had shadowing me all of the time.

We drove to the school and I got out
. I felt with my mind some new faces in the crowd with a taste for blood that was quite interesting. I felt sandy as well now that I knew what to look for. I could feel her bloodlust, but she had it extremely under control. I was impressed she was nothing like vampires in the books I have read, but it seemed she stopped aging past the age of twenty five. That is why her grandmother looked so much like Sandy did. I went on to class I would get a reputation if I kept standing around but now that I was standing still I noticed something I had not seen before. Someone I did not know was watching me. I probed his mind it was a teacher but he worked for the government and not the friendly one you see on TV. There are two sides to every government the ones you see in the public eye and the ones who do the real work in the shadows. This is one of the second ones so the government thinks I am a criminal of some kind do to the fact of how I came into so much cash and assets so fast. When my parents passed the truth is they had no corporations that they led Samual had set that all up on paper in order to allow me to quietly take control of the companies in which Samual had control.

I continued on
. I had found that out with a little digging on the computer that the signatures of my parents did not even match on the fake will. Samual had produced the signatures, which is kind of funny, he is better than that and he knew this would bring them down on me. I walked on to meet with Sandy at my locker she was waiting patiently.

“
So how have you been Sandy I have not seen you for two days. I missed you is what I am saying.”

“W
e were going to do our homework together after school.”

“
I know I missed it but I had things to do Sandy it has been quite busy at the house, but things are getting more under control now. I will have more time to devote to you and Azure. It will be fun. I was wondering if you wanted to go to the park with me and Azure. We are planning on going on some rides and then I was going to let Azure drive a bit with my car. My driver is ok with it because I have given her a bonus, but really a lot of people get nervous with young drivers on the road, so we are starting in the parking lot. She will drive us back to my house. How about we drop you off at your place on the way home?”

“Yea I will meet you there but I have my own ride home, thanks. But it will be fun to go on some rides with you guys I hope I will not be a third wheel Drake.”

“
You know what Sandy you need a guy of your own as well. I think you should work on finding one it seems my group does not have another male yet but stay tuned things change all of the time.”

“
I know but be serious Drake I can see that you are just kidding anyway let’s get to class. I hear we have a sub for the month the regular teacher won a trip or something. I don’t know I have heard that he wants to find himself as well but I really do not care.”

We walked down the hallway of our school until we came to the math room I saw it was the man who had been watching me earlier.
He was bald with a little hair on each side of his head it was still thin. I saw that he was sporting a mustache. This was comical. This guy thinks he can teach a class full of fifteen year old ninth graders he was going to get eaten alive by the end of the day. We started class he interviewed each of us, but I seemed to be the main point of his focus. If he thought I was a criminal why not play the part there where a few things I could be guilty of like the manufacturing of weapons for a vast alien army for instance. I sat down in front of him and saw his face.

“
Hi my name is…”

“
Yes Drake Sarges, I am well aware of who you are young man. So my records tell me you live in a newly constructed home outside of the town is that right?”

“
Yes in fact you can see it from space it is quite lovely I look at it every day from my computer.”

“
Oh I am sorry, I have not introduced myself yet, I am Jon Doe. It is nice to meet you Mr. Sarges.”

“T
hat is a good name so is it your real name Jon?” He looked surprised at my question.

“
Yes Drake, the one my very own mother gave me. I am interested in your grades Drake. How is it that someone in EBD with you psychiatric back round has managed to climb to the top of the schools honor roll since first grade?”

“
I am gifted is all and I am quite skilled at figuring people out just like my school work. Now Mr. Doe it seems I am not the only one in this class so I will excuse myself if you have questions please come see me at my home sometime it will be a time you will never forget I assure you,” I smiled “good day.”

Chapter 5

Well it seemed that a cable van was parked by my house but I had
satellite so my people shooed them off the land this was becoming quite fun. I had to hang with my friends tonight at the park they had a carnival in the summer as well as a nice petting zoo. That was mainly why I am taking Azure there I wanted to show her some of the animals that you might not see unless you lived on a farm. I took my car to the park on the way I picked up Azure and the Sisters we went into the parking lot. One of the empty ones by the old supermarket by the park I moved up front while the driver got in back. Azure joined me. Sandy was in the back we rolled down the partition so we could scream together as we drove the car around slamming the breaks, whipping shitties, then finishing with some burnouts. Our record was three, then we did some serious driving. We drove over to the park next door and parked. She is an excellent driver we all promised not to tell Fara.

“
I want to give you your present, here, I made a watch for you Azure. It does everything you can imagine. Come on let’s go on the Ferris Wheel. Who are those two girls with us?” I asked Sandy.

“
They are friends of Azure visiting her at her house for a while.”

We got into the car and went to the top
. I tipped the carney to stop it at the top.

“
Ok so Azure here I want to give you that watch I told you about earlier. I pulled it out in its small jewelry box she opened it and I saw the delight on her face it was a silver bracelet watch with orange diamonds going down both sides of the time piece. Now it is locked to your DNA signature so only you can use it. It has two surprises in it as well as a bunch of fun junk I threw in a nice red car for land transport and the ship I promised you as well. Just think what you want and it will form around you. But not now anyway I wanted to tell you I have attracted the attention of the U.S. government, but I can make that work for me I think, who knows, maybe I will meet the president at some point.”

“
That is nice Drake good luck with that the guy take’s more vacations than I do and I lead an entire empire.”

“
You’re not the only one Azure, but come on look at the sky I think you will like the sights.”

s she looked around I wrapped my hand around her shoulder and pulled her closer to me as she saw my eyes I took the opportunity to steal a kiss from her.

I felt her
laugh, “you are such a dork Drake, you set all this up so I would kiss you admit it.”

“
Ok fine, but I wanted to have fun with Sandy as well I owe her for not being in school the last few weeks.”

“
Ok honey now tell them to start this thing up I want to see the little pigs and get some cotton candy.” The Ferris Wheel started back up and we went down. We got out and walked over to the candy vendor, Azure and the others got there candy and we went over to spend the rest of our time with the animals. Azure wanted to adopt one of the pigs, but I talked her out of it pointing out that fact that Shefu would eat it the second she saw it. I let Azure drive us home. Sandy left on her own, but I knew where she was staying. We went to my house and went swimming for a bit until Azure’s ride showed up. I saw her to her car and she went home. I pulled out my simple silver bracelet and placed it on my wrist. I touched it with my free hand and began talking.
